How IPScope handles account, Gazette, and operational data.
IPScope stores account details, uploaded Gazette files, parsed Gazette records, watchlists, notifications, and audit-friendly operational metadata needed to run the platform.
Data is used to provide search, monitoring, ingestion, analytics, and internal administration workflows. IPScope does not sell uploaded files or account information.
Passwords are hashed, authenticated pages use signed sessions, and admin ingestion is role-gated. Production deployments should enable secure cookies, backups, monitoring, and email delivery controls.
Gazette records are derived from official BRELA Gazette material uploaded into the system by authorized users.
